Border Security

I have a solution for border security. What I don't understand is why people, politicians in particular, think it is so difficult.

Build a 14' high concrete, 440v electrified, concertina-wire-topped fence between checkpoints. It may look like a prison wall, but guess what? It'll work. I kinda doubt many illegal aliens carry enough to C4 to breach that. Sure, a few might find a way around it, but it'd slow the half million a year to a trickle. It'd also prevent those who come here & commit felonies from returning to Mexico so easy to avoid prosecution. Best of all it'd be cheap compared to what we're spending now.

Funny thing, my naturalized (legally) Hispanic friends think its a great idea.
